Richard W. Allen

Richard Allen is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law. Following law school, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Larry R. Patterson and the Honorable Robin B. Stilwell of the Thirteenth Circuit Court of South Carolina. While in law school, Richard served on the staff of the Southeastern Environmental Law Journal.
